Fractional CFO/CEO/COO

Immediately available fractional CFO/CEO/COO/MD. Experience in advanced manufacturing and industrial tech with FCA‑qualified financial discipline and board‑level leadership. Has led and advised businesses through growth, turnaround, M&A and exit across the UK and internationally, often in investor‑backed settings. Has acted as an external operating partner to several PE and VC firms, supporting industrial and industrial‑tech portfolio companies on strategy, value‑creation and governance. In some cases this has extended into Executive‑in‑Residence and portfolio/fund management support – shaping industrials investment themes, screening opportunities and contributing to due diligence. Focuses on bridging investor ambition and operational reality to build stronger, more valuable businesses. Based in the UK and available to work across the UK and internationally.
