Finance Manager/Management Accountant

A highly motivated Finance Manager/Management Accountant with strong administrative and organisational skills. Has substantial experience of working within a busy financial team and is always able to work in a productive and timely manner whilst maintaining accuracy. A naturally cheerful, capable, adaptable person with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

  • Producing Interim and Year End Management Accounts for a number of client companies
  • Running day to day accounts for a number of client companies, including but not limited to purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliation and payroll
  • Attending client board meetings and presenting accounts
  • Administering a Government Grant Aid Scheme for several client companies including claims and audit visits
  • Providing a company secretarial role for a number of client companies
  • Managing large teams
  • Managing the day to day running of the office
  • Managing Health and Safety and HR functions of the main business
  • Helping to produce the monthly balance sheet and General Ledger reconciliations including Fixed Assets, Inter Company, Accruals and Prepayments
  • Tri-monthly Forecast reporting
  • Daily Bank Reconciliations
  • Daily production of the Daily Operating Report
  • Payroll
  • General ad-hoc duties where required
