Experience of controlling all aspects of financial reporting including preparation of year end statutory accounts and monthly management accounts.
Preparation of group budgets and cash flow projections and other ad hoc projects as required.
Responsibility for the Company’s insurance portfolio including negotiation of renewals.
Responsibility for all aspects of the Company’s credit insurance arrangements.
Currency management including hedging and forward planning.
Liaising with bank(s), auditors and other external advisors.
Preparation of monthly VAT returns.
Preparation of monthly payrolls including year end returns and administration of pension scheme .
Responsibility for recruitment and management of finance and non financial staff.
