Loss maker reporting, communicating and assisting service managers with understanding and enabling them to affect underlying root causes for poor contract performance.

Customer facing service KPI reports for managers and customers indicating account performance. Using a combination of the business management programmes, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel to display key information such as Engineer response times, device availability and usage.

Business standard reports – including material price tracker showing the price movement of the key materials used by the business. Automatically updated with VBA.

Creation of bespoke customer specific reports and quotes – using Excel and various systems to meet the customer’s requirements.

Customer order price tracker – a bespoke tool that reviews order data against production set-up standards and validates that the price discount is suitable.

Designed and built an Excel based estimating system that produced all sales quotes. The estimating system takes production statistics from previous analysis and product specific input data, uses a series of calculations to give a price and show relevant profit and loss information. Decisions were made using data the estimating system provides, ensuring sufficient margin is maintained whilst pricing remains competitive.
