  • Production of monthly management accounts including variance analysis, calculations of provisions and posting journals to deliver accurate figures
  • Production of monthly season reports with KPIs relating to revenue, direct costs and yields
  • Meeting with managers to review results and challenge spend
  • Heading up annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes, including the presentation of these to senior management
  • Responsible for maintaining an accurate fixed asset register, including quarterly internal audits and revaluations
  • Dealing with inter-company transactions and reconciliations in GBP and EUR
  • Accounting for stocks, raw materials, PPE and engineering parts
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reviews
  • Daily bank reconciliations for sterling and foreign currency accounts
  • Working with external auditors – financial and industry specific associations
  • Ad hoc – setting up new suppliers, customers, item codes, GL codes and dimensions
