  • Additional responsibility of creation and development of a new finance team
  • Reengineered E&O process through automation, saving 1.5 FTE yearly, identified and drove redistribution of $3m of E&O inventory in wrong locations
  • Business case development of remanufacturing business, leading to $2M investment in JV with industry leader on remanufacturing (A key initiative to support new business sales and offset $2 – $25m used
    equipment losses annually)
