Finance Manager / Management Accountant

Are you recruiting for a Finance Manager or Management Accountant? CIMA part-qualified Accountant seeking to develop and further their career. Happy to work on own and in a team. Always strives to meet deadlines and deliver accurate information to the business and has a real passion for analysing processes and looking at ways to improve productivity.

  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Payroll for 250+ employees
  • Overseeing sales and purchase ledger
  • Petty Cash
  • Management and supervision of staff
  • Process improvements
  • Preparing and analysing the management accounts
  • Monthly account reviews with department manager
  • Producing the weekly cash flow forecast
  • Preparing and submitting Quarterly VAT returns. Dealing with both non-recoverable and partial exemptions.
  • Preparation of the Monthly Management Accounts
  • Control account reconciliations accruals and prepayments
  • Stock reconciliations
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets
  • Analysis of variances compared to budget
  • Costing Analysis to enable the company to look at making lines more profitable
  • Creating ad hoc reports for various other departments
  • Carrying out internal audits in the business to help ensure that external audits are successfully passed
