Management Accountant/Finance Business Partner/Company Accountant

MAAT qualified and experienced finance professional seeking their next opportunity. Has Public Sector and Manufacturing industry experience. Has practical knowledge of Unit4, Open Accounts, eBis, Sequel, Northgate, Capita, and SAP.

  • Monthly forecasting – working with budget holders to review, support and challenge
    changes when needed
  • Reporting on the performance actual vs forecast – during a mid-month performance review
    and post on the closing
  • Budgeting – preparing necessary schedule, consolidated departmental budgets, and
    supporting with necessary reports and analysis
  • Month end tasks – including reporting and analysis of the output
  • Prepayment/accruals/recodes
  • Business partnering
  • Stock/unplanned movements/stock provisions
  • GR/IR clearing
  • Analysing packaging consumables
  • Operations reporting
  • Assist in a variety of accounting tasks as requested
  • Assist in the audit processes
  • Present a positive and helpful internal and external customer service
  • Liaison with other group central function and services
  • Forecasting and checking variances
  • Monthly meetings with budget holders to review forecasts and comments
  • Salary forecasting
  • Year-end publications and other in-year returns
