Immediately available and experienced, versatile, dynamic and results driven international Board level Finance Director/CFO with over 20 years’ commercial experience across a range of sectors within a high growing multi sites PE business environment, leading listed global corporations at both Group and Divisional roles and within SME organisations within Hi/Tech, FMCG Manufacturing/Engineering, Oil & Gas, Trading in commodities and Aviation.

Actively involved in commercial negotiations with suppliers, partnering to secure the supply chain reliability in delivery time and quality, and definition of the SLAs throughout the negotiation, implementation, monitoring, remediation
Actively involved in commercial negotiations with customers, partnering to mitigate risks and secure contracts

Proven track record in creating and leading best in class global teams across a broad range of finance disciplines including FP&A, Financial Control, Accounting, M&A, Statutory Accounting, Shared Services Center and Commercial Finance
Demonstrable track record of re-modelling, leading and developing teams
Considerable change management exposure and systems and processes enhancement experience
Effective in managing multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, highly competitive and dynamic environment. Responsibilities have included contract negotiation, commercial deals, risk management, business continuity planning, logistics, IT, HR, customer services and operational delivery in addition to broad financial management roles.

Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO, the board members and the executive management team
