Successfully maintain team engagement and morale during extended periods of change and process updates
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Responsible for ensuring the production of group monthly management accounts in a timely manner
Producing weekly cash flow forecasts and being responsible for working capital across the Group
Manage the Group annual audit and financial statements
Ensure the business meets financial and tax compliance across all regions
Producing and presenting the quarterly performance and future strategy to the Board of Directors
Responsible for leading the successful application for B-Corp accreditation
Produce accurate cash flow forecasting and working capital management
Successfully implemented new processes and finance systems, including control risk and streamlining processes to drive efficiencies across the business
