Finance Director

Are you recruiting for a Finance Director? A strategic, commercially focused and driven ACCA qualified Finance Director with over 8 years’ experience driving financial performance within SMEs, and recently a private equity-backed business. Skilled in driving financial performance, improving cash flow, and implementing ERP systems that support rapid expansion. Adept at leading and mentoring finance teams and delivering insightful reporting to senior stakeholders and boards.

Provide strategic financial leadership, partnering with the Managing Director to deliver business objectives, growth initiatives and operational performance improvements
Oversee the financial management, reporting and governance of three legal entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance and strong financial controls
Lead and develop entity-based finance teams, providing direction and coaching to drive a high-performing finance function
Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives
Prepare and present monthly financial performance packs to executive leadership, highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities and corrective actions
Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasts
Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve profitability, support decision-making and enhance financial performance
