Management Accountant

CIMA qualified Management Accountant with over 20 years’ experience across finance, legal, and operational roles through a broad range of industries including manufacturing. Proven ability to streamline processes, lead teams, and deliver strategic insights in dynamic environments. Adept at building strong stakeholder relationships and driving process improvements to support business growth and analysis. Highly adaptable professional, having held a number of different positions at varying levels of seniority from senior to “hands on”.

Responsibility for standard costing, stock valuation, reconciliation, and transaction accuracy
Creation of new part BOMs with costings and reviews
Input into collation of monthly management accounts
Team working to coordinate and audit the year end stock take
Liaison with external auditors
Collation of overhead costs analysis for work centre costing
Leading a small team, enhancing data accuracy and reporting
Verification and improvement of manufacturing data including financial analysis
Providing financial support across the site working on a variety of projects in a business partnering capacity, including discussions with budget holders regarding both P&L and capital expenditure
Supported site expansion and acquisition integration through stakeholder collaboration
