Our client is a well-known and reputable business in Lincoln. It was going through an extensive transformation. The company was rebranding, reorganising systems and teams and need several senior people within their management team to realise their ambitions.

The solution

Cultural fit was tantamount to getting the right people for this organisation, so a detailed vetting and interview process needed to be drawn up and agreed.

We spent a day on-site with the incumbent management team to get a real insight into how that culture was manifest. and spending time with the company’s management team allowed us to match successfully.

Our client needed a senior marketing manager, an IT lead, a logistics manager, and several key people in the marketing department.

Acting as a recruitment business partner we drafted job descriptions, agreeing what key skills would be required. Because we had spent time on site, we had a good understanding of the atmosphere and environment which would enable a good match for both the candidates we put forward and the existing team.
