The MD came to Benjamin Edwards after we had previously placed several marketing staff with them. They needed someone who could run the business both financially and operationally in the MD’s absence. We organised for all candidates to sign a non-disclosure agreement. We set to work sourcing our local contacts as well as headhunting. We recruited a locally qualified senior financial professional who had the enthusiasm drive and background to help secure and grow the business.
