Our first action in this situation was assessing their current skills, experience and requirements. We helped them throughout the application and interview process with pointers around their CV to showcase their talents and offered detailed interview preparation guidance.

We really got to understand the candidate and listened to their requirements and wish list for their next career move.  We also really understood the company culture, job content and interview process including question types and format so could give a full detailed brief on what to expect.

This helped the candidate gain an advantage ahead of the other candidates they were up against to secure the role.
