  • Reporting to the HR Director, leading on all resourcing, talent, engagement and DE&I activity
  • Owner of the talent and resourcing strategy
  • Owning and managing the recruitment delivery service
  • Driving key HR projects that strengthened organisational design and culture
  • Increased direct sourcing from 10% to 90%, reducing agency spending to near zero, maintaining direct sourcing levels at 90% year on year
  • Created a new Employer Brand and EVP, strengthening attraction and improving market positioning
  • Built and launched careers website, leading on project planning, vendor selection along with managing ongoing refreshes and optimisation of the site
  • Designed and delivered a data-driven DE&I strategy aligned to company purpose and strategic priorities and led on all ongoing DE&I activities, such as training, events, compliance and engagement
  • Introduced recruitment forecasting and workforce planning, improving service delivery, reducing cost per hire and shortening time-to-hire as well as reporting on ongoing vacancy savings and recruitment spend
  • Implemented ATS, partnering with Group HR oversees to embed new and improved processes, increase recruiting effectiveness and line manager capability
  • HR lead on multiple organisational design changes, managing end-to-end project delivery and partnering with SLT to deliver the new structure and managing the change outcomes
  • Led on IR35 implementation, including policy creation, stakeholder engagement and vendor management
  • Introduced improved assessment and selection methodologies, improved quality of hire and driven more robust selection decisions
  • Internal communications and engagement lead, driving employee survey rollout and supporting SLT on culture and engagement improvements
  • Among other ad hoc generalist HR responsibilities, also provided HR support on disciplinary and grievance cases across the organisation, leading on multiple investigations
