CIMA qualified finance professional with over 10 years post-qualified experience. Has held senior roles in large businesses, including Group Financial Controller and Business Analytics Director of a multinational manufacturing organisation. Works with businesses across various industries, including Charity, Construction, Manufacturing & Engineering.

Led the consolidation of two finance departments, systems and processes following the merger of two business divisions, creating a unified, efficient finance function and delivering operational and reporting improvements. All whilst ensuring strict divisional reporting deadlines were consistently met, and internal controls were fully maintained.
Developed a comprehensive suite of detailed management reports, enabling data driven decision making
Design and implementation of business processes and optimised ERP systems with a £150k capital expenditure request
Significantly reduced aged debt and improved debt collection processes for a £1m turnover client, enhancing cash flow and working capital
Improved internal financial reporting from quarterly to monthly, giving the CEO and Senior Leadership Team great visibility and clarity on financial performance. Also, enhancing board reporting which enabled more focused, strategic decision making.
