I.T. literate and a competent user of MS Office, ERP systems and accounting packages

Lead the financial and commercial aspects in the organisation and all subsidiary companies – Turnover £20m, UK GAAP EBITDA £2.5m including two acquisitions and company sale
Develop business strategy, evaluating new solutions, products and markets
Executive Director and Company Secretary duties including annual returns and statutory reporting
Cash forecasting ensuring sufficient working capital is available to meet the company requirements during challenging periods
Ensuring financial controls are fit for purpose and maintained
Primary lead with Private Equity Investors and auditors delivering timely and accurate management information
Selection of insurance brokers ensuring the business is adequately protected
Costing analysis for all new business proposals
Head the Business Support functions of Finance, HR, IT, Compliance and Customer Service
Development of the I.T. systems scoping new projects to improve the quality of management information and streamline existing processes
Develop and manage a finance team
