• Strong commercial acumen, with deep expertise in financial strategy, FP&A, operational planning, and performance management

Lead the development and implementation of SAP S4 HANA and new reporting systems
Build a standardised suite of core automated Management Finance Reports
Manage service delivery for O2C, P2P and Record to Report, fixed assets accounting, banking, leases, and related governance
Oversee HR, payroll, and talent management
Lead and manage internal control process and external Group audit deliverables
Standardise and optimise Group processes, collaborating with other senior leaders for continuous improvement
Drive the creation of a best-in-class Management Finance Reporting and Visualisation capability
Drive efficiency by managing divisional expenses, working capital, and financial controls
Build and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Design and agree on the scope, granularity, and format of Management Finance Reports
Drive and manage the full accounting team performance, ensuring alignment with business goals
Train and upskill team members with adequate competency mapping
