An immediately available senior finance specialist with wide manufacturing and other sector experience including private equity backed SME and larger international organisations. A proven track record in driving profit and cash improvements and delivering effective change programs at both head office and operating company levels. MBA, ACCA, BSc (Econ).

Experience: –
Brought in to provide support for the sale of the company, including preparing various forecasts, data room preparation and presentations to potential purchaser
Acted as interim to cover the departure of the previous Finance Director after the acquisition. Responsible for management of the finance function, integration with new business, development of the finance function into a service function for multiple domestic and overseas locations and systems implementation during a period of high growth with annual sales increasing from £28m to £61m.
Delivered working capital improvements of £2m through stock reductions, receivable collections improvements and extension of supplier payment terms, Delivered £3m improved working capital. Designed and implemented robust cash forecasting processes
