Monthly forecasting

Annual Budget & Labour Rates

Support the Operations Director and General Managers

Reporting Monthly & Quarterly KPI data to head office

Managing several members of staff

Preparing detailed business plans

Implemented the upgrade of Sage 100 to Sage 200

Monthly Variance Analysis, Sales & Margin, Inventory, PPV & Labour

Fixed Asset Register

Accruals & Prepayments, Bad Debt provision

Reconcile all bank accounts including Group

Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Processing monthly Payroll journal

Maintain Costs on MRP system

Support and prepare data for external Auditors
