Senior HR Advisor – Part-time (20 hours per week) £35-38k pro-rata – Lincoln. We are recruiting for a Senior HR Advisor to work in a busy SME manufacturing business within a Global group. As the main point of contact for HR at the site, the role will encompass the full employee life cycle, HR case management, and day-to-day operational HR functions. Alongside HR responsibilities the successful candidate will monitor and track absence management, employee training, and employee turnover reporting to the Group on a monthly basis. This is a part-time (20 hours), permanent position offering a competitive salary. Some flexibility can be offered on working hours however the preference would be 5 hours per day Mon – Thurs. Some afternoon shifts would be required due to Global communication commitments. The position reports to the Regional HR Director based in Europe but works closely with the General Manager in the UK providing day-to-day operational support. Strong knowledge and experience as an HR generalist are essential. We are looking for an experienced HR professional who has the ability to manage multiple activities and provide support and guidance for all aspects of generalist HR.
