Purchase Ledger Controller

Purchase Ledger Controller – Grantham – up to £25k & study support & benefits. As Group Purchase Ledger Controller, you will be there to support the Group Financial Controller, administering and managing the purchase ledger for the Group. Fully responsible for the Purchase Ledger for the business. Study support and progression to Group Purchase Ledger Manager may be available for the right candidate.  

Role: Purchase Ledger Controller

  • Process invoices in a timely manner.
  • Process weekly and monthly payments
  • Co-ordinate with department managers
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Create and import monthly accruals
  • Administration of the purchase ordering system
  • Liaising with the CEO & directors on a regular basis
  • Dealing with supplier queries

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years Purchase Ledger experience
  • Have experience in Accounting, Sage 200, MS Office – Excel
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Accuracy
