The Role

• Management of production information across the Group in relation to material inputs, factory processing, labour costs, sold outputs, stock movements, and reconciliation as part of delivery of timely weekly production statistics and trading statements for the Group.
• Derivation and management of accurate product costings and effective product type and customer sales gross profit reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Delivery of monthly Management Accounts to finalised level for review by the Group Head of Finance, to include all Balance Sheet reconciliations as appropriate.
• Derivation, implementation, and management of an effective stock control system across the Group to ensure accurate weekly and monthly stock valuations.
• Assisting the Group Head of Finance and the Finance team with financial transactions, day-to-day compliance areas, and internal and external reporting, as may be required.

Key Performance Measures:

• Timely delivery and accuracy of weekly production and labour cost statistics and trading statements for the Group.
• Timely and accurate delivery of monthly Management Accounts to include Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Delivery of relevant and accurate product costings and product type & customer gross profit reporting.
• Delivery of effective stock control system to ensure accuracy of weekly and month-end stock valuations across the Group.
