The Role

• Handle inbound queries quickly and efficiently in order to meet agreed performance levels.
• The Customer Services Manager will take ownership of queries, issues and complaints and resolve to both customer and company satisfaction.
• Manage and support a growing team of Customer Services Staff.
• Maximise sales opportunities in line with standard service procedures.
• Work effectively in a team environment.
• Assist in weekly/daily/monthly tasks as outlined by line manager
• Take responsibility for ensuring service levels are achieved.
• Attend as required customer, internal and management meetings
• Communicate effectively both internally and externally
• Provide regular reporting and feedback on service level status and KPI’s
