Joining the firms Property department, you would initially be working on Residential Conveyancing files covering sales and purchases, leasehold and shared ownership, transfers, equity release and re-mortgage to name a few. A smaller part of your role would be working on commercial property matters closely with the director and expanding into this area.
You must come from a strong Residential Conveyancing background and be comfortable working on all aspects of a Conveyancing file from start to finish. Ideally you would have also worked on some Commercial Property files, however if you have a strong interest in Commercial Property and would be happy to develop into it then this would also be considered.

You will ideally have experience in both Residential/Commercial Conveyancing
