Bookkeeper/Payroll Assistant – Lincoln – £20 – £25k & study & hybrid working available. The role of bookkeeper/payroll assistant involves working with the client managers to look after a portfolio of clients, requesting records, carrying out bookkeeping on a range of different software, resolving queries, and communicating with clients regarding the VAT liabilities and payroll. A range of different software will be used including, but not limited to Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage Line 50. Our clients operate in a variety of different sectors and knowledge of standard accounting, cash accounting, flat rate scheme and partial exemption is desired. Reconciliation of bank accounts, sales ledger, and purchase ledger will be required. It is expected that work will be undertaken both in the office and at client’s premises as required. It may be necessary for work to be undertaken in our other offices as required and the ability to travel is desirable. What’s on offer to the Bookkeeper/Payroll Assistant?
