Main duties & responsibilities Purchase Ledger – checking, coding & processing supplier invoices Completing supplier reconciliations Preparing supplier payment runs Sales ledger – checking & posting customer invoices & receipts Assist with daily cash book update and bank reconciliations Credit control Daily update and reconciliation Assist with the update, reconciliation & monitoring of Stock Management Systems Completion of monthly Intrastat return Assist & support the Finance & Supply Chain Manager with other ad hoc tasks as and when required
