Human Resources Officer

An ambitious HR Professional, CIPD level 5 with over ten years’ experience within HR Operations, Service Delivery, Process and Change Management, including system transformation – Success Factors. Ability to understand business operational requirements and apply strategic problem solving to HR processes and procedure changes. Motivated by continuous improvement and driving change. A solid background in HR process management.  Seeking next challenge within the change/transformation industry, targeting systems.
  • To translate requirements into solutions to meet business needs
  • Develop detailed designs based on documentation requirements on product services and enhancements
  • Map and transform operational processes as part of the overall solution delivery
  • Perform basic technical configuration, providing advice and timely solutions on issues raised
  • Use analytical tools to determine root causes and resolve a range of application problems
  • Lead various internal projects, gathering requirements and delivering to a high standard
  • Define requirements for system integrations through integration tools and processes
  • Map technologies and middleware platforms to support and develop existing integrations, migrating to newer technologies
  • Use HR Data Models to develop business intelligence and reporting capabilities
  • Provide detailed solution training and delivery for the purpose of testing and orientation
  • Lead, design and roll out kick off, project timelines
  • Act as team lead, responsible for coordination of our people services.
  • Manage effectively the distribution of work within the team to agreed SLA’s
  • Advise managers and employees on HR Policy and Procedures
  • Ensure local working instructions are updated and followed efficiently
  • Resolve problems and queries acting on own initiative and as first line support
  • Provide administration for compensation and healthcare benefits
  • Ensure new contracts and changes are issued in line with legislation requirements
  • Maintain, update company complaints registered and responded to
  • Update, amend and distribute changes to company documentation as required
  • Responsible for producing bulletins, blogs on HR initiatives to include updates to policies etc and create communications in line with branding and core values
  • Keep abreast of legal, statutory and regulatory changes and good practice guidance and report impact upon HR people services procedures
  • Process and control information of a highly sensitive and confidential basis, ensuring individual and team compliance to GDPR
  • Prepare monthly management information and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
  • Recommend improvements and implement changes to working practices
  • Ensure checking, auditing and reporting procedures of People services are in place to satisfy good governance and quality standards
  • Conduct team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints
  • Effectively manage administration, processed in accordance with SLAs, adopting a proactive and pragmatic approach
