HR Manager

CIPD level 5 HR Manager seeking a new opportunity in Lincoln or Newark.  Experienced in the day-to-day operational running of the HR functions of SMEs.
  • Day-to-day operational running of the HR function for 100+ employees
  • Facilitating Training within the company and managing the budget.
  • Disciplinary and Grievances – Attending alongside the Line Manager/Director. In some cases, depending on the experience of the Manager, will lead.
  • Interviews – Two-stage interview process.
  • Managing and installing new HR Systems.
  • Coordinating and advising on redundancies.
  • Coordinating and advising on TUPE process.
  • Recruitment, from the initial placing of the advert, inviting for interviews, and liaising with recruitment agencies. Offer letters to successful candidates and then issuing company contracts and company policies.
  • Updating and monitoring the company policies in accordance with Employment legislation and Company and Owner requirements.
  • Induction of all new employees – Creation of personal Induction Plans
