  • Offer a personal and professional hands-on approach that provides a comprehensive, proactive and customer focused HR service.
  • Operate in a variety of industries.
  • Supporting personal budget clients with all HR requirements.
  • Ensure strategic plan is achieved and that policies and procedures are not only legal, but are adaptable to changing times and changing legal circumstances.
  • Make a significant contribution to the productivity, innovation, commitment and output of employees.
  • Ensure managers and employees are equipped with best practice to foster a high performance culture.
  • Implementing and rolling out of Employee Engagement Survey and kickstarting a focus group to move forward with top KPI’s.
  • Managing the introduction of a new Skills Gap Analysis for production and management to enable a development programme and talent pipeline.
  • Successful completion of Personal Development Discussions.
  • Manage employee relation cases and close off.
  • Work with HR Services to deliver weekly and salaried recruitment.
  • Conduct labour planning meetings with operational managers.
  • Working with forums to maintain communication channel.
