Payroll Administrator

An experienced Payroller immediately available for opportunities around the Spalding/Holbeach areas. Exprience of running a weekly, four weekly and monthly payroll from start to finish  
  • They have their own portfolio of around 200 clients
  • Responsible for a number of weekly, monthly, four weekly, annual and bi-annual payrolls which they  run to ensure clients are paid precisely, accurately and on time.
  • Use Sage payroll software packages to import files into the payroll software and produce reports for clients including producing and balancing monthly journals through the use of pivot tables in Excel.
  • They have experience of payroll year ends and completing P35’s for each company and producing P60’s for each employee
  • On a daily basis they calculate employees pay involving SMP, SSP, SPP, P45’s, P46’s, Loans, Childcare Vouchers and various other elements.
  • Produce summaries for employers of the Tax and NI payments that are due to HMRC on Excel.
  • Liaise with customers face to face and via telephone to offer advice, receive information needed for the payroll and deal with administration.
  • Liaise with HMRC. They often do this via telephone to register new companies for PAYE or to discuss other employer issues.
  • Submit client details and figures under RTI.
  • Processing clients under auto-enrolment, setting up pension onto the payroll system, making deductions, uploading files onto pension provider website and liaising with pension advisers and pension providers.
  • They have experience of payroll year ends and completing P35’s for each company and producing P60’s for each employee.
