Payroll Officer

An experienced Payroller. Duties include the full end to end processing of various payrolls on a weekly, fortnightly & monthly basis calculating HMRC and pension deductions, submitting RTI and handling employee and contractor queries. Extensive experience of processing furlough payments.

The full end to end processing of client payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis
• Calculating HMRC and pension deductions
• Submitting RTI and handling employee and contractor queries
• Submitting CIS payments along with processing starters and leavers
• Data inputting
• Managing client queries
• Timesheet reviews

  • Ad-hoc admin support to the payroll function
  • Supporting any audits
  • Complete reconciliations
  • Processing holiday pay requests and expenses
  • Ad hoc payroll projects
  • Ensuring work is GDPR compliant and helping contribute to the team’s overall compliance
  • Processing starters and leavers for clients
