 Saved over £200k in renegotiated contracts over the last 2 years
 Project managed the sale and migration of the inhouse CRM to 15 businesses generating an initial income of £75k and a further annual licence fee per user
 Successfully selected an offshore provider in India to outsource the administration function, visited their offices to formalise strategy, processes and hire the team
 Project managed the implementation of the GDPR ensuring the legal guidelines were reflected within the CRM, contracts, communications and staff training
 Implemented electronic signatures into the business to help reduce debtor days and give finance more control when collecting cash
 Led an external audit with Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) ensuring the business and processed all met the required guidelines
