HR Specialist

An experienced HR Professional with a specialism in recruitment and talent attraction. They are currently completing their CIPD Level 7 Qualification (Masters) in their own time to further enhance their HR knowledge and skills. They are a well-established, driven, and passionate recruitment professional with both Agency and In-House experience mixed with some experience and exposure to more generalist HR support. They pride themselves on delivering a comprehensive and market leading service to all their candidates and stakeholders. Throughout their career they have demonstrated driving forward and implementing successful recruitment strategies whilst balancing the people centric element that comes with recruitment to ensure a great candidate experience. Most recently they have been the Recruitment Lead operating in fast paced property markets business and acting as a strategic Recruitment Business Partner – in essence the Head of Recruitment reporting into the HR Director.
